Employment and Recovery

Lifetrack Star

An estimated 1 in 17 Minnesotans live with a serious and persistent mental illness.

Research has demonstrated that competitive employment helps individuals with mental health barriers put hope within reach by increasing income and self-esteem and reducing mental health symptoms.

Lifetrack’s Partnering for Jobs program focuses on individuals with mental health barriers to employment and is designed to promote recovery through work.

Using an individualized approach, the Lifetrack team identifies a job seeker’s strengths, skills and interests  to increase their chances for success in the workforce. Our specialized services provide assistance navigating the hiring process, résumé development and support services for job retention.

Lifetrack’s Partnering for Jobs program is partnership with Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Canvas Health Community Mental Health Center and Washington County and is funded through a grant from the MN Department of Employment and Economic Development.
