Unleashing Innovation: Using Everyday Technology to Improve Nonprofit Services

MAP for Nonprofits and Idealware partnered together to research with Minnesota human service organizations to discover how they are using technology. The research reveals innovative approaches to service delivery that make the most of new and existing technology. These implementations serve as examples of opportunities for everyday innovation that can transform how, and how effectively, organizations meet their missions. At MAP, we're going to be encouraging more nonprofit organizations to be intentional about innovating through technology.
