Get Help Finding Employment

Lifetrack has been helping immigrants and refugees find meaningful jobs in Minnesota for more than 20 years! Our Immigrant and Refugee Services team speaks 10 different languages and come from many different cultural backgrounds.

According to data from the Minnesota Department of Human Services, Lifetrack has been the largest employment services program for refugees during the last eight years. In 2015, our participants had an average wage rate of $10.26 and 85% were still in their jobs after 12 months.

Free individualized, culturally appropriate employment services including:

  • Job search assistance
  • Write a resume
  • Fill out job applications
  • Interview practice and coaching
  • Work readiness training
  • Problem solving at work
  • Communicating with supervisor
  • Upgrading current job

Jobs in High-Growth Industries

Interested in the shoe or apparel industries? Do you have compassion for patients needing help? Industrial Sewing and Certified Nursing Assistant are two in-demand jobs with high industry growth expected!

Lifetrack is offering scholarships and additional training support to help you get started. Enroll in Lifetrack’s employment program and you may be eligible for:

  • Full scholarship to a Sewing & Production Specialist Program, or to a Certified Nursing Assistant Program
  • Resume assistance and interview coaching
  • Job placement support

To be eligible, you must be at least 18-years old and currently low income. Other requirements may apply.
