Employment Services for People with Disabilities


Lifetrack helps people with disabilities find and keep valuable employment in the community. 

Whether you are looking for new employment or looking for support to thrive in your current job, Lifetrack’s knowledgeable and caring employment specialists can help you in your career journey. Lifetrack believes in increasing the diversity and inclusion of people with disabilities in the workforce. 

Our team of Employment Specialists can help you with:

  • Employment preparation: Identify your strengths, skills and interests, write a resume and cover letter, and practice mock interviews
  • Job Placement: Navigate the hiring process, find job leads, complete applications and enhance your networking skills.
  • Community assessments/Job try-outs: Complete self-assessment, connect with area staffing recruiters and employers who can match your skills with their needs.
  • Job coaching: Self-advocacy activities and resources, problem solving, decision making, communication skills, public transportation and more.
  • Competitive employment: Jobs in the open labor market, paying at least minimum wage and working in settings that include people who do not have a disability.
  • Extended employment/Employment support to maintain and advance your employment: Facilitation of natural supports, communication link between you and your employer, on-going career planning and advancement strategies.

This program is designed for adults with disabilities and transition-aged youth. Lifetrack partners with Vocational Rehabilitation Services and State Services for the Blind and is CARF accredited.This program is free to participants.
